包皮过长会让阴精冠状沟那里长期因尿液的积留，还有就是包皮内皮脂腺分泌物，会产生大量有害细菌和真菌。就算你在啪啪啪之前清洗，也很难做到彻底的杀菌。这些细菌真菌，不仅仅是对女生有严重的危害，同时对男性也有极大的隐患。例如龟头炎，包皮炎症，症状最多就是红肿、小红点、丘疹什么的巴拉巴拉的。为了你自己，也为了你的女伴，还是赶紧去做一个 死无全尸的男人吧（割掉包皮就不是全尸了哦）
