我还是偏向于觉得有害的那一方，从13，14岁开始到现在已经快有10年了，初中是住校的所以每周回家两天都至少弄个六七次，到后来上高中就一个月一到三次的样子，上了大学之后一星期一次，我感觉是我个人的自控力的原因还是什么，总是忍不住，而且这么久以来发现身体真的跟同龄人有一定的差距，所以我还是认为是有害的。
