楼主，包茎是翻不出来的，包皮过长是可以翻出来的。
显然，楼主你的是包皮过长而非包茎。
既然包皮过长，楼主请每天洗洗干净吧。
我大概是读高中之后才第一次翻出来，感觉多年的积垢实在是太多了，长期是味道重，而且经常发炎，也就是龟头那个地方会有点痒啊啥的。自高中第一次翻出来洗了之后，就养成经常翻出来洗的习惯了。只要洗澡就翻出来洗干净。
现在每天洗，基本上就没有任何积垢，也没有任何味道了。
