为什么有小姐敢接受WT

很多日本女孩来加拿大卖，绝大多数都可以拍视频和无套，加200加元就可以无套，加200加元就可以拍视频。。。
别的国家的女孩都不能做这些，就日本的可以。。。
相中了一个，想问问舌吻和无套口有没有感染HIV或性病的风险？只要没出血就没问题吗？
