[保健养生] 每天自撸一次到底什么水平？求朋友们给个答案很频么？

我在高中时期压力大的时候每天能撸两次以上（所幸高考还是不错的)，上了大学之后身体就虚了，现在主要就是节制，关键的心理问题是你到底需不需要异性认证，如果不需要你想怎么来都行，我现在就是一种半摆状态，不知道是不是以前撸太多了，敏感度降低，射精阈值特别高，没个三十分钟射不出来，另外我想问问，我用尺子测自己的尺寸，如果尺子贴在皮肤上就是12.5cm，用力顶到耻骨位置大概就是14cm，这个尺寸是否够用了呢，如果真的啪的话也用不到皮肤下的长度吧
