老哥我的人生还有救吗

从小学六年级时开始打，以前大概是一天一次，初中就一周三次，高中一周两次，从小学开始自己打很快就完事了，现在也是这样。现在20出头，感觉整个人已经没有x欲了，而且搞完一发，两三天才重新硬的起来。老哥们有没有方法拯救一下。
