如果只是偶然发生的血精,经检查未发现特异改变,也可能是性交过程中,某些组织因急剧充血和机械性碰撞出现微细小血管破裂出血所致.对这种一过性血精不必惊慌了,只要暂停房事一二周就能完全恢复.

考虑是血精，主要是性交时射出红色或者粉红色精液，多是由于精囊炎、前列腺炎、或者尿路感染引起的，为了自身的健康，建议到正规男科医院做一个详细检查以没有其他的男科疾病。
