建议楼主还是加强锻炼身体，不能对药物产生依赖性，自然就好，抽插时间太长也不好

伟哥应该在2小时前服用。印度神油没用过。不过尽量别用这些东西，锻炼身体才是正道

据说如果充血时间过长，会造成海绵体纤维化啊，楼主千万要慎重，否则不可挽回。
