迅雷最近下载速度怎么这么慢？

楼主跟我以前情况一样，我们这的运营商封锁了BT和迅雷离线，离线秒杀之后下载到自己硬盘里速度几乎没有。但我们这最近有所好转，离线虽然还是没什么速度（50k左右），但开高速通道可以满速了。
看楼主的说法我还是觉得是运营商封锁的问题。建议楼主在所在城市或区论坛发帖问问，你家附近的是不是也是这样。
